Skywars Elite Kit Disabled.

Hey could i ask for your help? because my elite kit on skywars.com is not claimable, my ign is XyBeR_Lheiff and im an Elite Rank on skywars.com hope you could help me, and my money also got reset i had like $25k Skybucks before the skywars.com server was still not on mineverse hope you could fix that too. Btw i also have been noticing alot of hackers on the skywars server thats probably why not that much of people are playing anymore. Thats all i wanted to say, Thank You and hope you can help me out.

Unfortunately, all donor ranks have been disabled on Skywars, Kitpvp, Skyblock and Infection because of EULA. As a result of this you won't be able to access your kits anymore.
Also, for your money problem, I do not believe that any of the money people had on the skywars.com server. I may be mistaken though.
As for the hacker part, there are moderators on as much as they can be and they will ban the hackers if they are on the same game-mode as the hackers. However, there is a higher chance of the hacker to be caught if you were to report them on the forums. Once you've reported a moderator will eventually get to it and if you have enough evidence the hacker will be banned.
