[SkyWars] Can't check my balance :/

Hello Sir_Brandon_III here. I was on skywars a few minutes ago. and i used /shop to buy somthing. I wanted to check my balance but the /bal or /balance wouldn't work... I asked a few people and they toldme to do /bal....
It says "You do not have access to that command"
I just voted and used the kit skyknight if that has anything to do with this. And I'm using 1.8 optifine. :P

For whatever reason the command /bal is only usable after voting on skywars.

 

For defaults on skywars can do /bal because a glitch missed it up... cyp is currently fixing it.
