No joke, I'd probably not play those game modes anymore if you were moderator.
Add way more detail and explain what you can do instead of saying 'kindness is very important', yes we do know that.
What @MADIS0NJR and @Ares_Xena have commented above are correct.
Also, I cannot think about what will happen, it might become a total mess. There is also something called a ban log, which you need to record any 'hackers' you have banned/temp-banned.
Yes, you say your 12 and other moderators are 12 but they can spell correctly, are mature and can explain and know every rule of what to do if something happens.
You have been banned not for dumb reasons, one for very immature language.

Your application looks very unprofessional, with random captain letters, paragraphs and colours.
Also listing 'why you think you would be a good moderator' isn't easy, maybe for you listing one word but if you want to have a better chance, quote reasons and examples of what you can do.
Also as a mod you don't get any kits not even a donor kit, only on prison you get kit guard.
Seeing as you said that, seems you will ban people for no reason, and because your best friend told you too.

Just wanted to say again, no hate but I think you are deftly not qualified for the job.
