I would like to make a suggestions to add the small plugin Silkspawners to skyblock. This plugin allows for the mining of spawners with a silk touch pickaxe to give an item drop. I know many people have lost spawners to accidentally mining them or have just placed them in the wrong area. I know that this does provide more income for you as people buy more spawners to replace the lost ones but I would love it if you could consider adding this plugin. (As a side note, it would be great if you could make spawn eggs work again to spawn animals as well as changing spawner types.)
