This is honestly sad. Really sad, nice job Mineverse. For around 6 months me and @Awrightgirl's island and commands on Skyblock have been broken. It all started when she changed her name, kicking us from her island, and removing both of our's commands. We both cannot use ANY /island commands and we cannot warp to other places. I have sent close to 50+ emails to the support team, I have asked Tanner & the other developer in-game. I just sent another email. Probably won't get a reply LMAO. @Nanurz @Pile @CypriotMerks @TannerLittle @Awrightgirl :')
Happened to alot of other people too, I got this issue one time too, I've just wait a several months (probally 2-3months) and the there was no issue anymore.
What is your current in-game name? I had this problem when I changed my name. I waited 30 days and changed back to my original, and I was able to start a new island.
Exactly. I got the error "An internal error has occurred" when I tried to do a skyblock command. Switching to my original name fixed it.
Good for you! I'm not changing my name back to SlayChixk LOL. We both lost our commands.. Lol sadly that will not be happening
We don't want our island back...? We want a full hardcore reset. Our money, or levels ect. Which we won't need to change our names for.
