It is nearly impossible to hack items in.
Most items that are attempted to be hacked in through modifications are blocked by NoCheat PLus.
Very rarely does it allow one through.

Anyways, if you want to get rid of some of those diamonds, I am your pig.

As I said, it is possible but very hard to do and will rarely get past the plugin.
