The user /jumped out of my shop and started killing my endermen. I explained him that he is not allowed outside of the shop and I asked him to leave. He apologized for his behavior and as soon as I went in /vanish he jumped out of my shop into my gold farm and started killing my pigmen (last screenshot his name can be seen faintly in the center).
