Good Afternoon,

While he did not create the warp, he was spamming for it in chat far after knowing it was a death warp. There were a number of players killed based on his actions. Album is below.

Notice also in screenshot 4&5, another person who was spamming for the warp (Hokan4316) is flying. This player is [ELITE] meaning they do not have /fly in skyblock. It would appear he was hacking in a few of the screenshots in the album above.
