I need help with sky grid. I dont know how to delete my island.

 

You can't "delete it".
Just parkour to another spot and /sethome there.

 

What do you mean? Someone told me to set home at spawn, not I cant do anything

The only way to "delete" your island is to physically break the blocks and move somewhere else.

 

Dude, if you set it at spawn then start jumping the blocks there and keep doing it until you get to the place where you can build. (lots of lava and water you will know it when you see it)

 

You don't necessarily have an island in Skygrid, your home is where you /sethome. Move around and /sethome to another chunk of blocks to make that your set home.
