Where are the rules for what signatures can and cannot be?
Because mine always are "modified for not adhering to the rules"
My signature was a gif of Carlton Dancing and it gets changed...?
Whichever mod just changed mine I would appreciate if you explain this to me.

It's probably because the length(time) of the gif was too long. Other reasons are for the signature being too long(characters).

It automatically changes your signature when that happens, the mods did nothing.

 

My gif was like 3 seconds long.
