You show no evidence of the player's IGN that is actually writing the sign. Do you have any other evidence to add?

 

Umm no sorry, he said in chat tpa for a server ip.. He had already written the sign and the ip before I was there.

You can close this, it was my fault. Even if I couldn't get any proof on him writting it.

Right, he said tpa for it in chat, but you have not provided positive proof of him placing the signs, that could be coincidental.

 

In the last screenshot, he teleports to the fellow name "tntcow10", who also was the person who was advertising.
