dear mineverse,

I appear to be having issues with your shop whenever I type in my card info and click accept it brings me to this http://i.gyazo.com/6c168d7073794d9dbc003c474ac6ea56.png . I've contacted the email provided and haven't got a response yet. It isn't my card that's the problem though, I've recently upgraded a friend on mineplex and I had no problem, but the mineverse shop blocked me, saying my card,s a fraud (which it is not) I would love it if a Mod or someone could help me with this

I made a paypal account too, and I bought myself rank HERO on mineplex using paypal yesterday, but now today I tried to upgrade someone and it says this....

this only happens on mineverse shop.... It's never happened to me on anything else. I dont know what to do

Not sure how I could help about this tbh... It has to be your credit card. Can you try using a different one and see if the same error occurs?
