No support. Add more info and become more active both forums and in-game. You can't apply for just two gamemodes, all mods are global.
This is 5 months old just so everyone knows. So with that said. I am going to say a few things. We are on a global mod system now. I am guessing you don't really care about this moderator application anymore and if you would like I will close it for you.
