      Shanedagreat does not have permission in Cheeseville. The roads are unclaimed because it is difficult to claim such large areas and it is impossible for the owner to claim it because claims can't be smaller than 10x10 and the surrounding area around the roads are individually claimed by townsfolk living there.

      The land was unclaimed, I cant ban him for it. It's like someone walking out of spawn and chopping down a random tree, it's not claimed so you have to expect for this to happen.
