I will be going with Neutral. It's a nice application, but you could add some colour, make the font a bit bigger, correct grammatical errors, put the reasons why you want to become a member of staff in different sections and you could align the application in the center. Also, you only joined yesterday, you need to get known on the forums, do more reports and be more active. I know you had another account, but you have to work on cultivating this one now.
