No support ^^, sorry, and no offense, that would be a terrible idea. You can just stalk what people say in chat, which could be things that they wouldn't want you to know.
What do you mean? If they had said something wrong, they pay for their actions. It may be unfair because you got caught out by some tryhard, but still, if you abided by the rules you wouldn't be punished. but ty for your input, it's very much appreciated <3 ty ty So? You said it in chat. Public chat, not /msg. Public chat. Why would you not want people to see what you said if you posted it in public? -=- Guys, you need to have some more logic here. You should ask instead of assuming these things, because to be quite frank I cannot know every answer out there.
If I was to say "go kill [name]! (S)he deserves to die" in a Bedwars game, as a comment to my teammates to target that player. By viewing the whole chat, you can tell I mean in-game, but if someone was to chat log me, it would look like I sent a death wish. Same goes for if I was to say "he is gay" as a comment to someone asking for someone's sexuality. I'd get easily warned if someone chatlogged me. But my main reason for not supporting is mainly that I find two weeks way too long. I think a few minutes is more than enough.
Neutral. This should only be used Moderators when someone appeals saying a screenshot is fake. Also, the server already stores every single thing you type in chat in a chatlog. Minecraft also does this but only for the last time you logged on.
Two weeks is the limit for valid evidence. Two weeks is good enough imo. Unless we change the rules, my two weeks idea is going to stay as is. And for your bedwars example, if you're saying "go kill [name" in a bedwars game, there is not enough evidence to prove that the person being reported meant in real life. I mean, might as well say screenshots aren't valid either if you're saying something like that. Gay in a word itself is not allowed in the rules, whether you mean it as an offence or not. Perhaps you would need an account that's allowed to access the chat log website to access it, which might also help with someone's idea that strangers may invade privacy or target people I'll add this in, ty
Neutral because I find this idea really useful, but, say for instance, in their chatlog they were discussing personal issues or anything personal, that would be bad.. If there is a way to overcome possible issues like this, I'll change to support.
Actually, scrap my idea. Moderators were promoted for a reason Whyte. You, and the staff team were promoted because Cyp believed that you were trust worthy. You should be trusted to look at peoples chatlogs, and only for the purpose of reports.
