3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: scamz
4. Evidence/full screenshots.

This is not my footage but a person asked me for help as he didn't know how to report him. You can see at the start he said 3k for vip and the guy answered yes.

 

Sorry, but this isn't enough proof.
We would need proof of the person never buying the rank.

Player got online and still does not have his rank, banning said player.
