3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scammed me. He said that he would upgrade me to mvp if i payed him 1.6k on op and 500 on kit. He said i sould pay half ( 800 on op and 250 on kit) and that he would then buy me MVP. He just left. He ows me 250 on kit and 1.6k on op.
