• A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming- offered 160k emerald and gold blocks for upgrade. He said half now and the rest after upgrade, so gave 80k and the blocks and got no upgrade. I waited for an hour till he logged off.

When did this trade take place? Although he most likely did scam you, ranks can take up to 24 hrs to go through.
