OP PvP Scammed by "harmuuu"[Tempbanned] [Accept]

Use this forum to report a player for breaking any rule. Please include:

1. Your ingame name: burhan4
2. The offender's exact ingame name: harmuuu
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: I messaged the player "Nervey" if he does rank upgrades. He said he doesn't but a friend of him does. I asked the name of his friend. He told me his name was harmuuu. And said that he will get him online. He also said that he needed to go. He left and the player harmuuu joined. You can see the following in the video down below.

harmuuu has been banned.

I checked harmuuu's balance and I found out that he had $0 in his account, so I went ahead and found out that his main (Nervey) has 33k which I assume he has been stealing from other players, would it be possible to clear his balance?
