      Offender's IGN: DragonFusionV
      Description: I was playing on OP Prison and DragonFusionV said he was doing upgrades and we agreed to 2trillion + 20 E-tokens for Elite to Supreme. As you can see in the video I don't get the upgrade and I was there for scammed.
