      Offenders ingame name: samfizz

      Description: I saw samfizz flying through course IX on parkour. So I got out Fraps and started recording him. I'm sorry I didn't get much footage of him actually flying, half of the course was in the way but I did get some very good footage at the beginning of the clip.The reason I keep hiding behind a wall and turning my head occasionally is because I didn't want him to notice me watching him.
