      2. The offender's ingame name: ryan2624
      3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: using anti kb. i would like to add that this player has already been banned for this exact reason (because of me) so he got a "2nd chance" and he has wasted that so i would like if he is perm banned. thanks.
