Rules are a bit of a problem here. Can we get Something a little better?

[2]Be ethical
[3]Use common sense

I don't exactly think this is clear enough for new players to understand. I mean..imagine you just join the server and are curious to know the rules. A few problems are:

-it doesn't say "no hacking" (at least not directly)
-there are only 3 rules
-there could be more time spent developing direct rules for each server :p
