RoseGoldd Account locked?

    It seems to be after the person that bought my supreme on my alt then chargedback it has locked the account from being able to be upgraded ever again, is there anyway to fix it as I would like to rankup the account

    I'm pretty sure staff here can't do anything, as its a buycraft issue
