Yea, it wasn't global. But if lionbdcraft asked for the IP, then the player isn't breaking rules. If the player just told him the IP without asking, then it is counted as advertising. Did the player just tell you the IP?
Yeah he was advertising, and also he was msging more people the ip also using the bukkit shout command
