Hi, i have been having this error as i try to upload a screenshot file all the time. As it always says and error has occured it's not my net its just the forums there always a .png file witch it say's it takes and i think most people can't report them because of this error has anyone experienced it? Also that has found a solution to it? i seen a website they put the picture on and just put a link but i don't know what that is ? so thanks guys if you have a solution to this error or it's just the forums.. You need to make it a JPEG file. If it still won't work, shrink the size of the image, and after convert it to a JPEG.
Question: How do you convert it and shrink it i have no idear how to do that all i know is it should take .png so yeah and shrinking needs a downloading tool i thought witch i can't do so yeah can you please help me
Okay, open the PNG image with Paint. Next you want to do the following: Save the image in a folder or the desktop and upload it here. Say if you need shrinking help.
