Changing to neutral still somewhat support. You were very rude to me in game. Plus, the entire Op community agreed, you were being a bit rude.
I wasn't being rude to you. Attacking you (in-game) is part of the gamemode, I also didn't verbally insult you neither. I have the right to defend myself in the case of someone insulting me... staff member or not. Although, I do respect your decision... thank you.

Still, I think that what Pay said was not offensive, it was part of having fun during gameplay. "Kyra touch me one more time" That means if you hit him one more time... "and I'll drop you" that means he would kill you in-game.
I understand what he meant. Doesn't mean that it's correct to say that? Plus it's my decision on how I judge applications.
