It's shows they know the rules you no it doesn't an year or two ago when I used to report people I didn't even know the rules and I have been playing for so long it's obvious when someone is breaking the rules
I think he means that an immature/childish person wouldn't give their precious pvp time to help the server by getting rid of hackers.
