i’m really sorry this is happening to you, but we really need full screenshots for evidence. I suggest downloading an application such as Gyazo to take full screenshots of your screen, should this happen again. We’d hate to see you go, and we want to make this right for you. However we can’t do that without proper evidence. If you are unable to use gyazo, try to find your minecraft screenshots this way, and upload them here if possible: Type %appdata% in your start menu search bar on your computer. open the “.minecraft” folder and then the “screenshots” folder. the screenshots should be in there. If they aren’t, try checking your minecraft options -> controls -> miscellaneous to see which folder they were directed to instead. if you are able to find the screenshots, please upload them here within 24h .
