'Toxicity is part of who I am' doesn't sit right with me. I absolutely agree that you shouldn't hide who you are, but to acknowledge a negative trait and not attempt to improve yourself or change that is unwise. I don't doubt your ability to moderate but as I said, that part jumps out at me. Hence neutral, not that it changes a whole lot
I appreciate your feedback. If you knew me at all you would know I have changed a lot. I used to be super toxic even back when I was applying for mod but I’ve definitely improved myself a lot which anyone can back me on that. Everyone has a toxic side of them regardless of how nice they portray themselves to be. I was simply being honest which goes a long way and shows the type of person I am. I respect your opinion though.
I am re-supporting for various reasons. However, I'd like to point out that Rent has definitely changed. Rent wasn't extremely toxic but he was certainly a bit annoying and cocky. The way he currently presents himself is definitely different from how he presented himself a couple of years ago.
