There used to be 1 convenient way, this is a suggestion to bring it back. Why inconvenience players with a 3 minute cooldown on 2 variations of a command that before had no cooldown? And why force players to relog with /lobby when there's a command that's more convenient to use? Its just locked under a 3 minute cooldown.

That sounds like a totally different topic, more of a bug only affecting staff. I'd suggest making a mod suggestion for it, or report it as a bug.
