Unfortunately, the server is not hosted in America, but in fact in North Korea, and thus free speech is not allowed.

No Support (Rather than removing the filter, it should be revamped.)

I'll start off by replying to this:
For starters, just because there aren't "consistent problems with racism and sexism" now, doesn't mean that can't change. Removing the filter also removes a form of discouragement towards swearing and discriminatory ideas. While the moderators are capable of regulation to some extent, they can't cover as much of Mineverse as the filter can. The filter shouldn't be removed, it should be revamped.

As for equating the filter to a lack of free speech... there are limits to what's tolerable. This is supposed to be a 'kid-friendly' server, but even more so than that, it's rules discourage ideas like 'racism' and 'sexism' because they are oppressive, and rather than welcoming, they are offensive. The type of 'free speech' you are promoting here is the type that is used to specifically harm and oppress other people. I believe in the freedom of ideas and speech in general, but such freedoms end when they begin to cause a lack there of. What I'm trying to say is, when people call for oppression of others, that's crossing a line in a horribly hypocritical manner that says 'Give us freedom but suppress theirs ('theirs' being the target'). For people that want to spread hate or rage on minorities, those are your beliefs and I understand that you may feel a need to stand up for them, but such ideologies only bring harm to others. If such beliefs had no affect on other people, then fine, do what you want... but they do affect others, and that's why the filter is necessary, not as a means of censorship, but as a means of protection of those who are discriminated against.

"To not support my suggestion on the basis of racism and sexism is telling that you support outright censorship to suit your moral alignment and calm your consciousness."
My choice to not support this has nothing to do with support of censorship, rather, it is support for defending minorities and people in general against harmful attacks. Even if the damage caused by oppressive ideologies is 'only verbal', it is still harmful and should be taken seriously.

"To support this suggestion on the basis of racism and sexism is telling that you support cyberbullying and have little regard for others so long as such ideals aren't directly offensive to yourself."
(Statements like this really depend on perspective, don't they?)

Personal Side Note: If you are capable of expressing your ideological beliefs in a respectable and non-harmful manner, then go for it. If you can't express them in such a manner, perhaps you should consider why...

Support for removing the 'capital lock'.

No support, disabling the chat filter could end badly. People already bypass the filter to attack each other I could only imagine what they would do if the filter wasn't there at all.
