This report was already handled earlier. I discussed the matter with the reported user and he swore to me he was not hacking. Another moderator commented as well saying that it looked like lag

I would like another mod to handle it. not the ones that negotiated with you.

 

This looks like hacks, just saying.

When he was hitting you while you were a bit away, it was lag. It looks a bit like he is toggling though.

 

It doesn't matter about the end, look before, LOL.
