Introduction I am indeed re-applying for the moderator position, you guys may be thinking oh he resigned what if he does it again? Well i'm basically done my semester so I do not need to worry about my schedule nor school which was probably the main reason as to why I resigned. What timezone are you in? Eastern Time (ET) What country do you live in? Canada, Ontario. What languages do you speak? English. Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes. Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc) Yes I do have the necessary means of capturing evidence with the software of Gyazo, QuickTime Player and OBS if needed. As for the reports I still have not reported anyone since September as of right now, this is due to the fact I partially just came back. if you guys want to see my youtube channel where my reports used to be it's linked below. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9vt8XjV2nf5qDduQA80CrA I make my videos unlisted so it seems as if there is nothing on my channel, however I have reported about 650 hackers in my total span of being on Mineverse. Why do you think you should become a moderator? Well before I resigned I believe I did a great job as a moderator, I was always interacting with the community trying to make everyone have fun. I also as a moderator with TheNiceSnake in about the first week got 100 ban logs, then before I resigned I basically had more ban logs than most moderators. I feel that if I was going to become a moderator again on this server I would be able to offer the same amount of effort as I did before which is always a good thing because I know there still are hackers everywhere and I can help get rid of them if I got the chance to be a moderator once again. Experience I believe having experience is a really important trait to have for a position like this, I know how it feels like when being moderator and I also know how to deal with situations that I might get my shoes into. Not only do I have experience from being a past moderator here, and working at Canadian Tire but I also have experience at Sporting Life as I am currently working there. My job currently requires me to treat everyone as if they were at my house, meaning I would help them with what they would want and keep them lit rather than bored. Now the relation between that requirement and this position of being a moderator is I have to have a good relationship between the members of Mineverse before I can actually become a moderator. Through the use of my experience from my current job I am sure I will be able to make the community have a bit more fun and build a friendly relationship with many newcomers or people who are already here. Respect I have respect for mainly everyone I meet. Saying that I believe that without respect you cannot achieve anything as no one will want to be your friend. Respect is key in life, due to the fact when you treat others with respect they also treat you with respect. Am I mature? The answer is it really depends on the situation. Obviously when i'm with my friends I joke around and act goofy but when it comes to being serious I handle the situations well. I have a few things I do when there are serious situations for example 1. Ask for help. 2. Try to understand what is happening. 3. How can I end the situation so everyone is happy. I know that in some cases not everyone will be happy with the outcome but thats life not everything is fair. Hacking Knowledge As I was a moderator on this server before and have caught many hackers, I believe my knowledge of hacks and trying to identify the possible hacker is really good. I tried my best not to false report anyone when I was a past moderator here, I did get many ban appeals but most of them were rejected as I always had a reason as to why I banned someone. Effort As an ordinary player I know that many people want to see that a moderator can help a person whenever possible but also handle reports whenever possible instead of being inactive. My plan is to go beyond these expectations and try my best to be active and fulfill everyone's wishes although it may not be possible. How long can you be active on the server everyday? (These times can change depending on what i'm doing on a certain day) Monday - 1-3 Tuesday - 1-3 Wednesday - 1-3 Thursday - 1-3 Friday - 1-3 Saturday - 2-4 Sunday - 2-4 How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing Mineverse ever since May of 2015. Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game) Yes I have been banned In-game for tp-trapping in creative. I have also been banned in forums just recently when I came back from my little break. The reason I was banned 1 day on forums was due to the fact that I rate abused. I didn't intentionally do it but I should have known better. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes, I was staff on a server that my friend and I hosted that eventually had shut down because we let it die, other than that I have moderator experience here as I was a moderator for two months here. Do you meet the requirements for staff? 50 Post Count - True Two Factor Authentication for forums and in-game - True. 2 Weeks registered on the Mineverse forums - True. Try doing more reports, be active, and be nice to people in game. I would like to see you as mod again.
