That's not rate abusing and those are from a long time ago why report now?

It's not rate abuse, rate abuse is when someone rates your message "dumb" or "dislike" or"bad spelling", it's also when they rate your post dumb and dumb and dumb again until you see your alerts all with this "jadey64 rated you post dumb" at least 5 times in a row, that's rate abuse.
