Hi there! You will need to send in proof of your rank purchase to [email protected] and they will be able to help you from there. Unfortunately, we cannot help with that, but just point you in the right direction.

 

You will need proof of the rank being bought (receipt) and email it to [email protected]
Moderators won't be able to help with this
