You just have to be patient because we don't know when you'll recieve it.

 

I can attempted to help because I have had this experience before . My story is that when I got elite I accidentally put it on my old account that Got lost because of the pass and what not. I migrated the rank to this account . Let me tell you how . First I simply sent a email to there support team . I was able to apply proof of having this rank . What I am saying is to go to there home page and email them . But it took me 5 or 6 days to get a response . What I am trying to say by this is that it requires patients . spamming them with emails will not help in any way . If no response after a week send another forum being clear or email a moderator .
This is all I know I wish I could help you more . Like I said I had the same issue but I got it back threw patients .
