      hi i bought a VIP rank and i asked someone to help me equip my pet and they said i have a broken rank as it doesn't say i have VIP in lobby. Please help. Thankyou.

      sometimes ranks take a while to show up in lobby, for a long time it said I was God in the lobby when i’m really Titan. if you make a support ticket, Janice can sort this out for you.

      just make a list of all the game modes your rank doesn’t appear on, and you might need to show your transaction ID to prove you have the rank.
