I've been waiting about a month or two for my rank back after I was demoted to premium for winning a competition, I'm still premium. When @AthleticPsycho was a moderator I would literally bother her about it everyday, asking "do I have my rank back". She tried yet to no prevail I did not receive my rank back.

I've sent multiple support emails, I've had friends send support emails. This is my latest one:


7 days ago, and this is my latest one.

The reason Elrak is now premium is because he did respond to the messages from one of the moderators yet he made a mistake on which account to put it on, as I said I wanted it on Elric.

I'm not trying to disrespect any staff here but this is pretty lazy in my opinion.

If the competition is run by the staff, I expect for Cyp to transfer your rank to Elric and give your rank not.

Quite disappointing as this has been 2 months.

 

Was the build competition where I came third place. :(

 

3rd place is better than what I could do any day.

I know, recently I've been seeing lots of threads about Cyp not responding to their [email protected] emails... I'm also not sure why this has been happening! :/

 

Same for me. I am having donor pet issues, and I haven't got an email yet. Hopefully I do soon! :p

 

I think he's getting spammed recently due to the infection levels lost, etc., but I really don't know why he's taking a way longer time than usual. I guess we have to wait, we can't really do anything about it.

 

I think its because Noobcrew just recently bought Minetime, so Cyp might be helping Noobcrew.
