Hello! I have Premium on some servers but not on others.. Is that a glitch? I have premium on like OPPvp, Creative, Skywars, etc but not on factions, skygrid, and more. I would love to get this fixed. Thanks!

Its probably because the gamemode only gives you the rank you had from old ign.

 

You can try to relog a few times on the gamemode.

 

Take screenshots of your name with/without the rank on different gamemodes, then email [email protected] with the evidence. Good luck getting your rank on the other gamemodes back!
