Have you sent an email since when you first posted the thread? If not, try sending another one just to see if you can get the ball rolling again. I know Cyp has been completely overwhelmed with emails ever since the merged the Skywars. He just posted yesterday that while he may not respond to the emails, he is working on getting the things fixed.
