      Hi! I am _UnitedParticles (formally RainbowCookiz but I was hacked and username got changed).
      I am seeking your help because when I went onto the game Survival, I didn't have my rank. My rank is Supreme.
      Yea so uh can someone please help me? Thank you

      Paid ranks are not in the Survival server.

      I would like to apologize, as I know it sucks for your rank to not be transferred to a server you paid for it to be on.

      Unfortunately, the only way your situation is going to be given attention to is if you email [email protected]
      Please provide evidence of you purchasing the rank in the email.

      As said above, please contact [email protected] with your full reciept number from your upgrade if available and any proof you own the account. Otherwise due to the inactivity of the thread i will archive this now. If you wish to get more help, make another thread :)
