Hello!
I'm abethomas19 and I have a problem. I'm Elite. The problem is that I don't have the permission to use /kittycannon OR the /clear (This is on the Survival server) which it says in the rank description that I should. Some of my friends with the same rank (Elite) have the same problem and it is pretty annoying and a pretty expensive rank so I thought that it would be more completed.

I don't know if there is problems with the permissions on other servers than Survival
