Hi, i buyed a rank like half a year ago but there was a problem because i changed my name but that's fixed but now i only got my rank in Creative now so can you guys fix it so i got it on all servers? plz fix it

 

You could probably email support Here or click the 'Contact Us' button on the bottom right of the forum page, it should look like this.


And if you can find Cyp or crew ingame they'll fix your rank of you ask pleasantly.
