I'm Spidenx and around a year ago I purchased the Sponsor rank and made the most of it for months.
I then changed my name to lickinChicken and noticed my rank disappeared from lobby, this was the week they released name changing so I could understand if it was buggy, and as I wasn't playing as much minecraft as usual I didn't really take the time to report it, but as I'm playing more now I thought since I've already paid for it I should report it.

So my missing rank is Sponsor.
My IGN is Spidenx
I only have it on Survival, Creative and OP-PvP. All the other servers show me as default including lobby.

As this was over a year ago I have no proof of purchase, the only way I can prove I have the rank is logging on to the listed servers and speaking in chat or redeeming a kit.

I hope this can be resolved.

In regards to the proof of purchase, as stated in my original post.. I bought the rank over a year ago so I have no proof of purchase, other than the fact that I have my rank on 3 of your servers, but no others.
