He is 100% correct with the information he told you. Send that information in to the email address and they will get it taken care of for you.
He probably is 110% correct, but if I was in charge of fixing donor issues, I would check Buycrafts income panel, and then check his. I could easily make something like that receipt (fake), but I was just saying ;)
