I know you said you emailed Support 2 months ago, but I would suggest that you email him every 5 days until you get a response.
This method will work eventually.
Not that it matters coming from me(a nobody) but I appreciate your patience. I know how annoying these things can be. Especially when you paid money for such a nice rank.
