You see I've been playing Mineverse for a long time, it's my favorite server, but i logged into towny today to see it and my Supreme rank wasn't showing, so i went to hub to see if it got demoted and it didn't in Hub i was still Supreme. Anyway, I logged back into Towny, wasn't Supreme.. In fact it showed Elite, and I thought, they'll probably fix it, so I'll just wait, but a guy which does have Supreme and it shows, his user was Mr__Friendly, Alright, So I kinda got a bit mad as i payed for the rank and you can check the system it'll show me supreme, i used to play OP prison and OP pvp all the time, so i got annoyed.. because i payed with it for my own money and I don't really have a job because im kinda 14.. Could you please fix this?

You will need to send in proof of your rank in an email to [email protected] for them to be able to help you get it set up right on Towny. Unfortunately, here on forums, there isn't anything we can do. Support is the only way it can be fixed. Closing since you have been instructed on how to get it fixed. Good luck!
