Well, I read everything about ban appeals (the what to do's and what not do do's), but as far as I know, the final decision of the appeal is up to the person which banned you. In my case, no, I did NOT get the response from the person that banned me (Troy) even though I messaged his inbox once as you guys want me to. Anyways, there goes Dirty_Ninja denying almost every ban appeal that he wasn't a part of, and not to be a smart aleck or anything as far as I know, he/she isn't allowed to deny appeals that he isn't a part of. Please tell me who is responsible for bans like mine because from reading "You'll have to wait for troy to reply." and "Your primary appeal rests with the Mod(s) that banned you", I am positive that I need a reply from Troy. If I am wrong, sorry, but the ban appeal information isn't clear. Sorry for acting like this but if I am going to accept a response, I am getting one from Troy, the person who banned me. He denies appeals for a reason, did you respond to your appeal or just left it there? Because if a mod asks you a question and you dont answer within 3 days if it being posted, they can deny your appeal instantly.

 

I was never asked a question. I just checked on it everyday to see if I got a response and I looked Troy's profile very frequently to see if he might have seen the message I sent to his inbox or checked my appeal. http://www.mineverse.com/threads/ericsu-troy.4264/
Also, I thought I wasn't supposed to say things on my appeal in case it would considered "bumping an appeal."

 

You spammed anothers ip and showed no regret, you blamed it on a "misunderstanding" which its far from it.
That is why you are banned. You dont go doing that just to prove a point of another people having a similar server. You also knew that it was againest the rules. Archiving.
